Different bloggers have different methods of coming up with their own keywords to optimize. There are probably hundreds if not thousands of ways on how to come up with the right keyword. Personally, I believe that in order to find high traffic or high trend - low trend keywords (HITLOD) keywords, you do not have to search for them. They will just come to you just like how great artists and inventors suddenly come up with a brilliant idea.
