My friend who used to work at the Japanese embassy informed me that in celebration of the Philippine-Japan friendship month, the Japanese embassy along with other sponsors will be featuring the 13th Japanese Film Festival which will run from August 2 to 7, 2011 in Ayala cinema Cebu city, Cebu. "Eiga Sai" which literally means "Film Festival" will feature some of Japan's award winning films.
