Welcome polymaths !

Ever get the feeling that you seem to don't know what to do with your life because there are just so many things that you want to do ? I know, I've been there, so welcome to the club.

My name is Zigfred Diaz and I am a polymath. After more than 6 years of bloging about almost anything under the sun and having sort of a "blogging identity crisis." I've finally embraced who I am and decided to turn my main blog into some sort of guide for people with so much interest. Feel free to poke around.

Slippers for Christmas ?

December 21, 2007 by Zigfred Diaz Leave a Comment

My wife’s enterprising office mate, Ms. Daisy C. Lor has sold her some slippers (Thongs) for Christmas presents. At P 100.00 this unique and inexpensive Christmas gift is certainly something worth giving on Christmas day. I certainly have high regards for people and for ideas which makes something special out of something ordinary. Ordinary slippers with designs were used and decorated with beads and other adornments in order to make it look nice. My wife has informed me that the entire family of her office mate is involved in the making and selling of the slippers. A very good idea to earn extra in Christmas, spend some family time together in making the slippers and exercising the creative juices in coming up with designs. Such entrepreneurial spirit is certainly worth emulating … [Read more...]

My top Word press Christmas theme picks

December 20, 2007 by Zigfred Diaz Leave a Comment

To celebrate the season, I have decided to give you a Christmas gift. I will feature three of my top Word Press Christmas theme choices. For those who have no knowledge or experience in blogging, replacing a Word Press theme is similar to replacing a “Theme” in your computer. You do not actually replace what’s under the hood (the inner workings of the operating system) you only replace how it will look like. So here they are: 1.) Christmas Days – My favorite design by my favorite Word Press theme designer, Design Disease. Unfortunately I cannot change to this theme since it has only 2 sidebars. But the design looks very cool and it even has a Christmas countdown. You can download and find out more about the theme here. 2.) Christmas Gift – My Favorite three column theme. The design looks great, its widget ready and works with the latest and previous Word Press versions. You can download and find out more about the theme here. 3.) Merry Christmas – A simplistic yet powerful … [Read more...]

All of the Codals stacked up together is more than a feet thick. The solution is simple put it in electronic form and place it in your mobile phone which is less than an inch thick. December 18, 2007 by Zigfred Diaz 5 Comments

Starting to trade online Part 1 of this series discussed the basic principles that each prospective investors should understand. In the second part of this series the advantages in investing in the stock market has been thoroughly discussed. By now, you are probably kicking the dust eager to put your money where your mouth is. But hold your horses, you still have to answer some preliminary questions. Where should you trade? How does this stuff work in the practical level? Where do I find a broker?
