Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres is giving away $1,000 randomly to somebody who is following the Ellen DeGeneres twitter account. Believe or not the Ellen DeGeneres twitter account has over 2 million followers. How does she got this number of followers? Well first of all she is a celebrity and her show is popular. Secondly, she gives away a lot of freebies. I wonder if she gives outdoor furniture as freebies. Ellen DeGeneres is an Emmy Award winning American comedienne, actress and host of the popular Ellen DeGeneres Show. The show’s format has no central and each episode revolves around several topics. I am really not a fan of Ellen DeGeneres. I don’t like her show at all. It’s too chaotic; it seems that the show has no direction or focus. But I am really surprised that people love it. Well, people love chaos. Hehehehe. News update about the Mercy Me bus crash

Popular Christian band Mercy Me, had to cancel their show in St. Louis after their tour bus crash and collided with a car in Indiana. The accident killed two passengers in the car and the pregnant driver’s unborn baby. Reports reveal that the car made an abrupt left turn in front of the tour bus. Nobody in the band was injured except for some minor bumps and bruises. Due to the Bus crash, Mercy Me has moved their show at Six Flags, St. Louis to September 5, 2009. It's good that Mercy Me rode a bus, otherwise they would need a good San Jose motorcycle accident attorney. I've read some comments asking where was God in all this ? Why didn't God intervene and stop the accident.  If there is really a God why did the Mercy Me bus crash happen ? Well the Bible has this to say about this issues. The Philippines, still home of the world’s smallest deer?

News recently came out that the world’s smallest deer,  Rupert was born. Actually there seem to be a mistake in the headlines. Rupert is not the world’s smallest deer, Rupert is the world’s smallest deer ever to be born. Rupert’s mother was hit be a car. Veterinarians had to do a cesarean section on his mother in order to deliver the baby deer. Rupert only weighed, 500 grams and was only 6 inches tall making him hold the record of the world’s smallest deer ever to be born. For a number of years, the Philippines used to be known as the home of the world’s smallest deer which is the Philippine Mouse-deer. The Philippine Mouse deer can only be found in Balabac and nearby smaller islands south-west of Palawan in the Philippines. Now they say that they have discovered the smallest deer somewhere in the Himalayas. Videos of the Chicago Air and Water Show 2009

This coming Saturday, August 15 and August 16, 2009, the City of Chicago, Illinois U.S.A will be holding the Chicago Air and Water Show 2009. Chicago Air and Water Show is America’s largest free air and water show and is considered one of the world’s largest spectator shows. About 2.2 million gather in Chicago every year to watch the Chicago Air and Water Show. This year, despite the economic crisis, all systems go for the Chicago Air and Water Show 2009 ! Show starts at 10 a.m and ends at 4 p.m. Both the air and water events have been combined to one continuous show. Most of the events will take place at North Avenue Beach; however most of the activities can be viewed in the city skyline and lakefront. I wish I will be personally there to see the events take place, anyway I’ll just watch it in youtube. Willie Revillame suspended?

Willie Revillame suspended for his reaction to Cory Aquino’s burial ? I don’t believe it. In fact ABS-CBN denies it and says that Willie Revillame asked for 2 weeks of  orlando vacations. If indeed Willie Revillame is suspended, I think it is very unjust of ABS-CBN to do that to him. In fact as I said in my post entitled “In defense of Willie Revillame’s reaction to Cory Aquino’s burial” I believe that Willie Revillame should even be commended for what he did. Whoever is in charge of production or traffic at that time that showed the burial procession with Wowowee should be the one that should be suspended. People are just making a mountain out of a molehill. They are so “outraged” by their misinterpretation of Willie Revillame’s statement. The MTCRB has joined in the craze and said that Willie Revillame violated their code of ethics. (What violation ?
