My name is Zigfred Diaz and I am a polymath. After more than 6 years of bloging about almost anything under the sun and having sort of a "blogging identity crisis." There are just some people that have nothing to do in life than to make the lives of other people miserable. To the author of this virus, why don’t you get a life and try blogging instead? You might be able to make some money instead of spreading useless viruses? Anyway, I’m just venting out my anger. My shrink tells me it’s unhealthy to hold grudges against people. Hehehehehehe Last week my computer got infected by a virus. There is really no formal name for the virus since most of the anti-virus makers up to know have still not identified it. In fact when you search for a “remover” for this virus in google you cannot find any. (Correct me if I am wrong) There are only instructions on how to remove it and only a few websites are giving such instructions. In fact my onboard antivirus has still not identified it until now. There are just times in our life that we are so ungrateful that we forget that we are so blessed by God in so many ways but we fail to realize it. I received this as forwarded message in my email. The 7 characteristics of highly effective managers

Yesterday we had our first semi-annual branch command conference. Our company holds two annual meetings in order that we might get in touch with our branch managers. The purpose of this month’s conference was to set goals and to layout plans for the year. At the beginning of the meeting, I gave a talk on the 7 Characteristics of highly effective managers. Here are the points I gave: 1.) – They are good leaders Effective managers are good leaders. Leadership in one word is INFLUENCE. Good leadership is influencing others to achieve our mission and vision. Systems and structures are managed but people are led. Managers wield authority while leaders apply influence. How to display ads in your header and footer

I’ve been using the BLOGGER PRO word press theme by Design Disease for using this theme hehehehe:-)) for more than a month now and I love the theme. However I wanted to accomplish some stuff that I see are done by other bloggers on their site using the same theme as I have. In order to do this I have to tweak the theme a little bit. There are times that I get discouraged, especially when I could not find a solution to the desired effect I am looking for. I am sometimes tempted to switch themes in order to solve the problem immediately. However until now I have resisted that temptation. I figure out that it is better to face the problem than run away from it. I always tend to look at the glass half full hence I decided to stick it out with this theme and study hard in order to achieve the desired effect I want implemented on my blog.
