I am in no position to give out weight loss tips since I am overweight. I’ve tried a lot of exercise machines and programs, diet regimens, pills and other gimmicks and fads out there. The only thing I haven’t done is surgery (gastric bypass or liposuction) which I don’t dream of ever doing.
I am not saying that any of the above that I tried to loose weight are not effective. They probably are. It’s just that I am too lazy or inconsistent to exercise or follow the diet regimen strictly. As for pills, there are some pills that may work for you but may work for me.
There is one pill however that really made me loss weight. In fact I lost a considerable amount of weight that I adjusted my belt buckle 3 notches. I enjoyed it for sometime about 4 to 5 months.
However I stopped taking the pill because I couldn’t sleep. I do not feel hungry at all. I think it will make me go crazy, so I stopped taking it. Add to the fact that there is no intensive long term clinical study done on the pill as they are supposedly derived from natural “herbal” sources.
After I stopped taking the pill I went back to my old habits and put the weight back on.
If I can do it, I want to loose weight naturally. I do hope I can develop the discipline to really do it.
You might want to check out these weight loss pills. I am not saying they will work for you because as I said what might work for me might now work for you and vice versa. But who knows? You might end up thanking me for the tip ?

Which pill formula did you take specifically? For instance, many diet pills contains a massive amount of caffeine, which is considered natural and hasn’t been chemically altered. However, a lot of people are not able to tolerate a large dose of caffeine, which causes heart palpitation, restlessness, nervousness and of course, sleeplessness due to an elevated heart rate. Therefore, for long term solution, a healthy regimen is the best method of keeping a healthy weight.

Iris: I took a chinese pill called “Pearl white,” I don’t know if it is available in the U.S. It was really effective but I don’t know what are the long term side effects but I’m sure it will be bad since the short term side effects made me loose sleep.

I’ve tried searching the net, but “Pearl White” is not available in the U.S. A friend of mine is always looking for the next diet pill that will help her shed off weight. I’ve always discouraged her because she has a heart palpitation problem. I’ve advised her to continue exercising regularly and eat healthy instead. With losing weight, there is no short cuts. It’s all about being discipline and staying motivated in keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Since we are busy adults (work and family), we always struggle to keep an active and healthy lifestyle, but we must force ourselves. I recommend you shift your mental focus into losing weight for the health benefits it can provide instead of losing weight to look good. So if you’re working out because you want to be healthy and strong, you’ll likely won’t skimp out on your workout. For the most part, people are too focused on the appearance although losing weight does changed your appearance, but I’m emphasizing “health” instead of “appearance” only.
Also, I suggest you look for a role model that you can emulate and help you get motivated to achieving your goal.
